Our Placement

Our main placement is located in Hounslow, and is a short walk from local services and shops. Butterflies House has space for three families, with spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living and dining area. There are facilities for laundry, baby feeding and changing and a play area inside and outside. We have an allocated smoking area and covered space to store buggies and car seats. 

We offer a variety of key-work and programmes to support parents to develop their knowledge and independent living skills. These include the Freedom Programme, Caring Dads Group and  Let's Talk Programme. All residents will have access to individual and group key-work sessions. 

The home is situated in a residential community area with local transport links. The property consists of 3 family-sized bedrooms, two bathrooms for residents and a large living area and kitchen space. Our facilities are designed to provide a comfortable and engaging atmosphere for all families and children. We have age-appropriate toys, books, and equipment, as well as an outdoor play area and key-work room. 

Our dedicated and caring staff are passionate about providing personalised support and have the experience and qualifications to provide high-quality care. We maintain low staff-to-family ratios to ensure individual attention and support.

We understand the importance of working together with parents to support each child's development. Our parent resources include regular key-work check-ins, fortnightly placement review meetings, and access to our key-work programmes and written information. 

Our comprehensive parenting assessments are completed in-house by experienced social workers. These include a PAMS based assessment, as well as observation of routines and parenting. It is important for us that all parents have the opportunity to learn and develop whilst in placement. All assessments are personalised as part of our care planning to address individual needs.
